All-inclusive rental

Our rental packages include 24/7 secure access, mail handling, high-speed internet, two bookable meeting rooms, shared office equipment, water, heating, electricity, maintenance, standard furnishings, and bicycle storage—everything you need for a seamless workday.

Flexible Workspaces

With nearly 1,000 m² of workspaces, La Lustrerie offers offices of various sizes—private or shared, fully equipped and flexible. Entrepreneurs can rent an entire space or opt for co-renting, creating opportunities to find partners and share the workspace.

Meeting & conference rooms

We offer shared spaces to foster collaboration, including a meeting room, a classroom-style room, and a big modular area that can be adapted for meetings, workshops, events, or collaborative work sessions, providing flexibility to suit your needs.

Reception

Throughout the year, our team provides a warm, personalized welcome to your customers, suppliers, and visitors, ensuring a professional first impression. We also offer administrative support to make daily operations easier for resident businesses, including handling phone calls, providing access to fax and photocopy equipment.

If needed, resident entrepreneurs can benefit from personalized support on various aspects of developing their activity, in collaboration with our partner ILES ASBL who works on site.

A basic kitchen is available to store and warm up your food, a small lounge serves as wait and relax area, and our garden provides a pleasant space to enjoy adding a beautiful touch to the business center, especially during spring and summer.

1. Can I rent a desk or room for a short period?

Most of our desks and offices are for long-term rental, but meeting and modular rooms can be booked for hours, a day, or longer. If you’re interested in a short-term desk, we can discuss options with current tenants to see if a space is available.

2. Is there a reception or support team?

Yes! Our reception team welcomes your visitors, forwards calls when needed, and handles incoming mail (letters and packages) to ensure a smooth experience for you and your guests. In addition, ILES asbl provides support and guidance for artists & entrepreneurs to help your business thrive.

3. What’s included in the rental?

All rentals include high-speed internet, 24/7 access, shared office equipment, furnishings, cleaning, utilities (electricity, water, heating), and use of meeting rooms.
